1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds at DealHive.Onl are processed under the following general conditions:

  • The product was purchased directly from https://dealhive.onl.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.
  • The request is made within the refund window (explained below).
  • The item is in unused, original condition with all packaging and tags intact, unless defective or damaged.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Health and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, masks)

2. Refund Timeframes

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product purchased. Standard refund request timeframes are as follows:

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Reason for Refund
  • Photo/Video Evidence (if applicable)
  • Date of Delivery

Step 2: Review

Our customer support team will review your request within 2–4 business days and inform you of the approval or rejection.

Step 3: Return (If Required)

If a return is necessary, you’ll receive a return authorization with instructions for shipping the item back. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Step 4: Refund Approval

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


4. Refund Methods

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on the payment mode, the timelines are:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 1–3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer or wallet credit upon verification.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been initiated.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card or payment company—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dealhive.onl.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

Exchange Conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details and photo/video proof.


7. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed for shipping. Cancellations can be made by contacting our customer support.

After Shipping:

Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return/refund once the item is delivered, provided it meets the return eligibility criteria.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

To report a damaged/defective item:

  • Email us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • Our team will validate the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

9. Return Shipping

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is not due to our error (e.g., wrong size ordered), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • Company-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, DealHive.Onl will bear the return shipping cost.

Please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


10. Store Credits and Gift Returns

In case you prefer not to receive a refund to your original payment method, you can choose a Store Credit instead. This will be issued as a Discount Code or Wallet Balance that can be used in future purchases at https://dealhive.onl.

If you received a product as a gift and want to return it, you may be eligible for store credit only (refunds to gift purchasers are not provided).
